I never liked the term "Kundalini Awakening"
Jul 05, 2026To me, that term has been over-mystified, safeguarded by gurus and hierarchies. But what I have experienced is not a secret reserved for the chosen few; it is a universal intelligence that belongs to no one - and everyone. It is a natural part of the human capacity.
No Guru Required
For me, this was a natural process that started working through my body before I even heard the word Kundalini. Because of this, I know one thing for sure: you need zero hours of a specific practice, you don’t need a guru, and you don’t need to spend time in an ashram in India to awaken it.
It is already within you.
However, because this shift has a life changing impact, I feel a need to find my own language to talk about it - in order to make it feel accessible for everyone.
The Surrender
In 2022, this primordial feminine energy spontaneously awakened within me. I knew absolutely nothing about it, yet I instinctively felt a total sense of trust.
Still, the recalibration that followed was overwhelming - a process my nervous system wasn’t wired to handle. It also brought a level of consciousness I didn’t know existed, a systematic upgrade no one had ever told me about.
The truth is, when this energy awakens in your body, it doesn't ask for permission. Ready or not.
Healing and Expansion
My call, up to this moment, has been to help women heal from toxic relationships and find their way home to themselves. This is the foundation. Once you have found that inner solid ground, you might feel called to the “next level” of healing - the systematic upgrade of your entire being.
This journey is not about achieving a spiritual status but rather to come home to who you truly are.
Why I Created Rising Fem
I believe this is nothing that should be kept a secret. We shouldn’t have to navigate these profound shifts in the dark.
The Rising Fem guide holds the preparation and guidance I would have needed before own process started. It is structured in steps, allowing you to go as far as you feel ready for - from basic self-care and healing from the past to the deeper work.
